[escalated]Bitdefender Antispam Toolbar & Oultlook 2010
I have contacted Microsoft technical support about a problem encountered in closing Oultlook 2010.
Specifically, often oultlook 2010 can not be closed in X button
You must close the process using CTRL + ALT + DELETE.
The answer from Microsoft came promptly: Closing the problem is caused by add-ons. I have indicated the steps to find out what causes this deadlock.
Apparently - Bitdefender Antispam Toolbar - is causing the problem.
Now I disabled BitDefender Antispam Toolbar and made 10 successive closures, I have not encountered any problems.
Hopefully will find a solution by the team of developers.
I use Office 2010 Home and business x64

is very simple.
Here are the steps I must do:
- Open Outlook
- Click on "File" located on top of Outlook
- Drop-down menu displayed in the new window, click on "Options"
- Will display a new window from which you choose "Add-Ins" by clicking there.
- The lowest in the new window that opens click on "Go" (the button is located in the middle window)
- In new window displayed, you have the option to disable Bitdefender
Success!Windows 11 Pro - 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900KF @3,50 GHz, 128.0 GB RAM
