[resolved] My Bitdefender Password

Three times I've tried to reset my password in www.My.Bitdefender.com but am not able to. I keep getting this error: "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later."


I begin by entering my email in the Password Recovery screen of My.Bitdefender.


I receive an email and click on the link to reset my password. The screen opens asking for my new password and re-type the new password. I enter the new password and retype it. Then, the error message appears "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later."


Please help me.
