Autopilot Keeps Turning Itself Off

Hi. I just wondered if anyone can give me a solution to the autopilot mode being switched to user mode at seemingly random times - I haven't notied any pattern. Everything else seems to function perfectly.

I am also having this problem on reboots and resume from sleep . I have to manually reset Autoscan as a consequence. Any resolution to this probem please?

Hello,
I am also having this problem of 5 laptops.
The autopilot-function is activated and when remove the powercabel, the autopilot-function is disabled automatically.
When connect the powercabel, the autopilot-function remains disabled.
Only self activiation the autopilot-function solve the problem.
Very bad of this problem the autoupdate is also disabled, when autopilot-function is disabled!
Fyi:
Is the laptop-modus disabled, i haven't this problem.

I found your ticket ID 201303101005855 , but the integrated log is corrupt, so I am unable to analyze it. Please post here a new support tool log. The support tool executable is found by bringing up the Bitdefender interface and going to Help and Support > Contact Support. If you are unable to upload the file here you can put it on www.sendspace.com and post the download link.

Yes, I am still having the same problem. I have checked that laptop mode is disabled but not sure what else to try!0 -
