Quickscan Crashes Bd Is 2013 After 1763 Update

Since the update I got to 16.27.0.1763, When trying to run a quickscan, Bitdefender crashes with a message that vsserv stopped working and to reboot. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, same thing. Running repair (Then after update) same thing.


Any ideas?

    I've submitted everything you asked for on the 27th. How long does it typically take to get a response through a ticket?

    You can close my ticket. I've moved over to a competitors product. I no longer use Bitdefender. Your software isn't very stable. And the issue of your program crashing doing the most basic task of quick scanning my system doesn't fill me with confidence in your product.
