Parental Control Category "computer Games" Blocking When It Shouldn't

I have set-up Parental Control on two of my PC's and I am mainly using it for web activity control using the categories.


All is working well except for the "Computer Games" category.


Despite unselecting this category Bit defender keeps blocking web sites that my children access. For example Amazon.co.uk and ebay.co.uk are blocked on the activity reports showing category "Computer Games".


All other categories are working fine if I switch them on and off. It has been like this for days.


Any ideas?

    I am having a similar issue. I have gone through and whitelisted www.bestbuy.com and amazon.com. I have also allowed Online Shopping and Online Pay sites. Yet Bitdefender continues to block these sites. What is the fix for this?
