Autodecrement Days After Web License Register

Hello,

I entered 2 Licenses each for 730 days, they are not assigned or used by any PC's and have seen

on MyBitdefender the remaining days gets decremented.

I did this in the old days without having them decremented!

How to remove entered licenses?

The validity days will start to countdown if the license key is added in MyBitdefender.

it's now weeks to get this issue solved, the support was years a go much faster...

at last, the support asked me for a copy of the purchase....
