I have the same issue since upgrading to Total Security 2015 approximately a week ago. Version 18.14.0.1088.
Issue occurs in both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome when searching with Google, Bing and Yahoo.
Dashboard states "You are protected", no warnings of anything not working.
Any advice appreciated0 -
For a moment, try to disable all in "web protection", and then turn it on again.
I think it helped, but I'm not sure.

The orange question mark that indicates "This page could not be verified by Bitdefender. We were unable to scan the page at this time." appears due to a timeout with the Bitdefender cloud servers. The connection to our servers is either blocked by your ISP or is due to a misconfiguration of the router (if any).
To be able to provide you with further details on this matter we need information about your internet connection. Please access the link below and run this tool on your PC:

- a black command prompt will pop up with the message, <this will take a few minutes>. Once the gathering process is completed, you will see the message "Press any key to continue" and once you are pressing a key the command prompt window will disappear.
- a log will be created on the same location called "BDconnection.log".
Attach it to your reply and make sure there are no other HTTP traffic filters on the same computer.0 -

Thank you for attaching the log. It indicates a lot of lost packets.
Please try reboot the rooter and if the issue persists connect the computer to a wired connection instead of the current Wi-Fi.

I just upgraded to Bitdefender 2015 and I'm having the same problem "this page coud not be verified ..." It worked fine with Bit defender 2014. I tried the recommendations discussed in this string but it still doesn't work. I've attached BDconnection.log

I have the same Issue after upgrading windows 8.1 to windows 10. I uninstalled and reinstalled BD in order to compatible with windows 10. But Web protection is not working at all. It is not scanning web pages. No notifications are appearing on Events as well.0 -
