Blue Screen Of Death On Bitdefender Internet Security 2015.
Hi Everyone
I just purchased a new computer & installed Internet Security 2015. It am now getting the blue screen of death for bdfndisf6.sys.
Prior year forums state that this issue was resolved. I downloaded the bitdefender support software recommended and got the log file.

The log file needs looking at by Bitdefender, either send it via email on bitsy@bitdefender.com or from the drop-down>Help and Support from the top bar of the Bitdefender GUI.
Once you have done that, run a repair on Bitdefender. Control Panel>Programs and Features - double click Bitdefender and choose repair. Once it has completed and rebooted the computer, check things again.

Is it a brand computer or a computer you bought in an assembly shop?
A brand computer is usually stuffed with lots of softwares that are more or less useful and at least antimalware programs that create a conflict when you donwload and install some other... even if you do not "activate" these softwares that are usually (in France) valid for a few months.
If it is the case, please deinstall them. (windows firewall could/should be deactivated)

One and only one firewall
one and only one antivirus.

I purchased a new HP Spectre, corei7. It is running Windows 8.1.
I've looked to make sure that I have uninstalled any other firewall or antivirus tools and I'm good on that. It blue screened again today. I have since run the repair function. Hoping it helps.
