Can you please advise me if the word 'Device' includes Computers, PC's etc ?

or is it only limited to devices such as Mobile Phones, Tablets etc ?

    Device in this context refers to any piece of equipment you can install your Bitdefender program on, so yes, it included PCs and laptops as well as mobiles and tablets.
