Hi there,

My Bitdefender subscription auto-renewed after I already purchased a new subscription. I submitted a Bitdefender ticket #2016081803350001. I received a response from your CS team, but I am unable to reply, as I get a Mailer-Daemon un-deliverable error with each response, and it looks like my email address was blocked on your side. Can I please be removed from auto-renewal?

The ticket had an alternative solution to this rather than a refund, but without being able to contact someone, I don't think I want to go that route.

    Hello,

    The ticketing system requires you to hit the reply button and not copy/paste the address into a new email. Your email is not blocked from our side.

    Our CS team received your latest message.

    "None of my emails will go through to Bitdefender. Can someone please help with the ticket mentioned in the subject line and see my emails below?"

    I have forwarded this thread to our CS team and you will receive a response via email.
