Hello,
To diable Bitdefender you will have to go through every module and disable it.
Bitdefender > Anti-Virus - Disable the two functions found there
Bitdefender > Firewall - Disable the Firewall
I would strongly suggest to keep the protection on but add a exclusion for the game itself and ensure the Firewall is properly setup as Home/Office and no Public or Untrusted.

Hi Hmax, I completely agree with Sorin, disabling your protection is not the best idea.
Instead add an exception for desired game in Bitdefender firewall rules.

If it`s a steam game you should add a rule for steam luncher, and game separately...same with origin games etc.
