Do you really expect me to add thousands of game .exes to the gaming whitelist?

Can you just specify the directory where your games are installed? I have over 2 thousand games installed on steam, origin, uplay, windows 10 game store, battle.net, Epic games launcher etc. From what I can see in bitdefender, in order for the antivirus to work in game mode, it wants me to go into thousands of games directories to add each game exe to the gaming whitelist so the AV can not do things while in the game. This would be a extremely time consuming process, and is ridiculous, and I wont pay for bitdefender after my 30 day trial if this is not fixed and will get kaspersky, Whoever designed the program this way has no idea of the way gamers have their games on their PC's.
