Error with the Activation Code

I bought Bitdefender Internet Security and I tried to activate it but it showed an error. I thought the Antivirus was going to give me a year of relief but now it's just going to work for 30 days ! Help.

    I would provide you guys a screenshot but the problem is that I tried to uninstall Bitdefender and tried to install it again. But, Bitdefender agent is still on my PC. and now when i try to re-install Bitdefender  nothing happens. I used the 'uninstall bitdefender tool' that was on the disk itself but it doesn't do anything. The tool just goes on a loop. The progress bar completes and then again starts from the first. I have no idea what's going on. Please help!

    That is normal for that uninstall tool. It will loop several times to clean the machine. It will ask for a reboot when it is done.
