Hi, I use BitDefender 2016 from one month and never get problems but from some days I get this writings every 30 minutes:

It is on the bottom at right over the icon of the toolbar.

Bitdefender sometimes require that you reboot your system after installing updates.
Normally you are prompted by a small notification. To disable this feature:
Double-click on the BitDefender icon in the Windows System tray.
Click on "SWITCH TO ADVANCED VIEW".
Go to Update > Settings.
In the "Advanced settings"section, check "Wait for reboot, instead of prompting.
