Android Central app no traffic in the past 24 hours
I logged into my bitdefender Central app today and noticed it says there has been no traffic report in the past 24 hours. I just streamed a 4k movie so I know there has been traffic through it. What is going on? Am I no longer being protected by the box2?

I saw that happen when my Box wasn't configured properly. Make sure that your router is properly set to bridge mode to the bitdefender box.0 -

Hello, we just released a firmware update (2.1.28.27) that will address this issue. Please let us know if you see traffic once you update BOX to the new firmware.0 -

Hmm. Looks like this issue fixed itself before the new firmware update. This firmware update did, however, fix the DNS issue where the box 2 would still use the isp servers even when I had set it to use something else. Thank you!!0
