Android Central app no traffic in the past 24 hours

I logged into my bitdefender Central app today and noticed it says there has been no traffic report in the past 24 hours. I just streamed a 4k movie so I know there has been traffic through it. What is going on? Am I no longer being protected by the box2?


  • I saw that happen when my Box wasn't configured properly.  Make sure that your router is properly set to bridge mode to the bitdefender box.

  • Hello USBoxUser, can you send us a PM with the email address that was used to set up the BOX?

    We'll investigate from there.

    Hello, we just released a firmware update ( that will address this issue. Please let us know if you see traffic once you update BOX to the new firmware.

  • Hmm. Looks like this issue fixed itself before the new firmware update. This firmware update did, however, fix the DNS issue where the box 2 would still use the isp servers even when I had set it to use something else. Thank you!! :D
