You are not allowed to edit your profile

My subscription to BitDefender has run out, and therefore I wanted to delete my account. But i get the above mentioned message, when trying to edit my profile. I recently changed my email adress, because my old didn't work anymore (my ISP doesn't support webmail anymore). I couldn't remove it through BitDefender Central, since it was registered to my old (defunct) email. How do I then remove the account? (I have no intention of using BitDefender again, because of various reasons)
