PppoE isp connection keeps disconnecting

in Bitdefender box


Hi all


I am using the box since some months now all running good. Since yesterday the isp connection is disconnecting and coming back in a strange way. The box color change to red and say the user/pass is wrong the connect again then disconnect again.


I went back to my old router no issues and the connection is stable. What should I do ?

    the issue was from the power supply of the ISP fiber optic box.  they changed it and all running good now. thanks micheal!
