Why is it taking more than a week for Support to answer on my question?

I have asked a question about my license on Sept 4th and still no answer...


Some time agfo I had the same experience.


This is really bad for a security firm: they have te react instantly!!!!


Please Bitwarden: improve your reaction times, or I will leave you and go to another supplier. There a lots of them....
