Cant delete local disk created by file vault

Hi


I wanted to try out the file vault system. It created a local disk on my computer and i want to get rid of the local disk but when i delete it through bitdefender it doesn't delete the disk. I've tried computer management but the drive doesn't even exist. Help Please

    I too would like to delete the "File Vault" I created as a trial, but by the looks of the response on this topic, I'm not holding my breath for a reply.

    I hope this helps,  I found that deleting the vault from Bit Defender only removes it from the dashboard.  Depending where you created the vault, (I use a flash drive) you need to go through windows file folder to locate and delete the bvd file itself.


    And make sure you have closed the vault otherwise it will be a locked file in use
