Activation key?

Hi, 

Yesterday I purchased Bitdefender vpn.  We are more then 24 hours later and I stil haven't received an activation key.  I mailed yesterday and the only reponce was that it was verry bussy and  I would be informed  as soon as possible.  I think its a strange way of selling a key  and then needing  so much time to provide a key. 

Anyone here who can provide me with  info on how to go on from here?
