Desktop activation Error with email
I am having trouble activating Bitdefender on my laptop computer after re-installation. It wasn't letting me activate a new subscription with a new account so I re-installed it. This process worked on other devices, but not this one. I can't change the password either. The error is
Same error appears when I enter the email when clicking 'Forgot password?'.
Any help is much appreciated!
Are you using any VPN or any firewall other than Bitdefender? If yes, disable it and make a try.
