Restricting the functionality of Bitdefender to Administrator Privilege alone?

After the version of 24.0.26.137, several items in Antivirus, Online Threat Prevention, and Advanced Threat Defense, such as "Quick Scan", "System Scan", "Manage Scans", "Manage Exceptions", etc. require Administrator Privilege to run or open once you run Bitdefender Internet Security as Administrator to adjust some settings. If you don't do any adjustment as Administrator, none of this will happen. I confirmed this issue of restricting functionality after I had tried reinstalling Bitdefender. Should I send you a log or you'll investigate it internally?
