I can't delete bitdefender folder.

I have already used the bitdefender uninstaller, but the file "antimalware_provider64" is not deleted (directory: C:\Program Files\Bitdefender Antivirus Free\bdamsi\264774117038635071). He asks for permission from the administrator, but I am the administrator and even then he is not excluded.
