Getting rid of search baron
Hi, I'm getting plagued by the 'search baron' search engine hijacker on my mac and my BitDefender protection doesn't find a problem. Anyone know how to get rid of it? Thanks

So since you are already infected with the adware, and there is no sample to share with the bitdefender malware research team, kindly follow the below steps and see if it helps.
1) Download Malwarebytes for mac (https://data-cdn.mbamupdates.com/web/mb4_mac/Malwarebytes-Mac-4.6.11.3824.pkg) ,update and run full system scan.
2) Reset safari browser ( https://support.intego.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003863692-How-To-Reset-Your-Safari-Web-Browser)
3) Update bitdefender for mac & run full system scan.
