Scheduled scans not running

Scheduled scans haven't successfully run on my computer (running windows 10) since the BTS 2019 update in 2018. The update to BTS 2020 in 2019 fixed the issue temporarily but after a reinstallation of Windows 10 scheduled scans stopped running again.

The latest BTS update was 2 days ago and scheduled scans still aren't working although I can run manual scans with no problem.

This continuing problem, along with the recent disappearance of the security widget, is making for a much less effective user experience for me.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
