All Protection package

I recently bought and installed the all protection package for antivirus.I still receive emails saying i have not activated the protection . the code supplied is what i inserted and now i can not use the same code to re install.

can somebody with knowledge of how this is done please email me the instructions.

The site keeps showing me 1 device installed and no threats .... so really what are we looking for now !!!
