Trouble accessing local router
Hi folks,
I have Bitdefender Antivirus Free and recently started not being able to access my Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro controller software using the local IP address 192.168.1.1. Prior to Thursday (May 21st) or so, Bitdefender would throw up a warning that the page wasn't secure, but I could click "Take me there anyway" and it would proceed to the router log-in page. Now I don't get that warning, just a blank page most of the time.
I've added 192.168.1.1 to the Exclusions list, but it doesn't seem to help. Disabling BD allows access as normal.
Any ideas what I need to do to get access to my router?
Thanks!

Hello @Glasses7 ,
Try these.
- Add the full URL to the exclusion list
- Close web browser and reboot the computer
- Retry accessing the page again
- If problem persists, try another browser
See if these steps solves your issue.
