2nd device problem

Hi

I have the total security, one year 5 devices.

Last week I install my one divice, today a creat a link from my account send to my son to download it from the link I sent him. After finished he installed it but when he opened it it ask to log in to the account or to creat account if he click ti creat a new account it doesn't even go through.


I think he shouldn't have to log in or creat account because it's under my account

Please help me out

    When receiving the link, he can install after clicking "CLICK HERE TO ACTIVATE YOUR PRODUCT". The link leads to Bitdefender Central, where you have to login with your credentials, indeed.
