Does any one know how to get a code to allow one to access Outlook to Android as Bitdefender keeps asking for A CODE THATI NEVER RECEIVED?
Wouldn't it be great if this program was user friendly!

Could you please let us know under what circumstances is this code requested? Are you trying to access the Outlook application from your mobile device and Bitdefender asks for a code to unlock it? What exactly indicates that Bitdefender requests validation to allow access? Is it possible for you to post a screenshot showing what is being requested and when?
And may I ask who is Francis? :)

I currently use HOTMAIL but email seems to come in on OUTLOOK. I wish someone would tell me:
- what happens when I accept to use OUTLOOK?
- Do I have to advise all my contacts that I have a new email address? This would be time consuming.
- How do I get my saved email info available in OUTLOOK? Or is this possible and how?
I don't know why the code thing comes up as I can't duplicate it. Another techy thing.
It would be appreciated if someone would provide a non-technical response.

The situation of a screen cominy up asking for a code:
When a message is sent and it is not transmitted I look at the OUTBOX . A message is showing and I try to re-send but it doesn't send, then a box comes up with a lot of numbers and asks for me to enter a code. WHERE DO I GET A CODE>??????
