Spam emails
Of late I have been receiving numerous spam emails. These emails appear to originate from venders such as Norton, Walmart, Shell, Iphone and the like and ask you to claim some prizes or to unsubscribe. On close examination, all of these mails were sent using my own email account to xxx@tpg.com.au.
Why is Bitdefender unable to block these mails? Do others have the same issue?

I have noticed that one of our members opened a similar thread here:
What e-mail client are you using? If you are using Thunderbird or Outlook, I would recommend the Anti-Spam module in Bitdefender. You can find detailed steps on how to add their respective domains to the spammers list in the article below:
For other e-mail clients, our antispam will not work, thus you must rely on the available filters of the e-mail that you are using.
