Hello.
Do you have any zoom in settings activated for your monitor?
If so, i think you have the same issue as in this threat (click on "View Post"):
The only option to fix the issue is to zoom out.
Regards.

Hi @Eno-Scott :)
Sorry for my delay, but at times it doesn't take much for me to get distracted :)
Please confirm in your display settings that your Scale size and Resolution are set on their defaults. Changing either one of these can affect the size of fonts, Explorer, and of app windows (UI).
Right-click on an empty space on your desktop and tick Display settings. Confirm that they are on the Recommend settings. You can also confirm the monitor resolution if you have Nvidia graphics by again right-clicking on the desktop and selecting Nvidia Contro Panel.
Zoom would be Magnifier in Windows, which you would really know about as it is really, "intense" at what it does. Windows key and the + key or -.
Let us know what you find on your end :)

Ok,I've checked and that's my screen's settings :
Scale and Layout:
Change size of the text, apps and other items :
100% (Recommended)
Display Resolution
1280x1024 (Recommended)
Display Orientation
Orizzontale (I think that could be Landscape on english version of Windows )
Unfortunately I can't post a screenshot due to the rules of the forum
Do you think that I'm seeing the options on that module like this for that reason ?

Please promote @Eno-Scott to Level 2 manually, so he can post a screenshot, because the screenshot would help us a lot in solving the issue.
Thanks.

@Gjoksi by the power vested in me, I have now promoted @Eno-Scott to Level 2! 💪😎

Now that you're able to post a screenshot, could you post an image including your desktop background, so we have a total perspective view of what you're seeing? Even a couple of images of any other concern you're seeing.
Thanks,
:)

Hello,
It looks like you're missing the right-hand scroll bar to bring up the option(s) at the bottom of the Bitdefender Panel.
On the 3rd Window setting Display Orientation, it looks like you're on horizontal, tick that drop-down option and set it to Landscape, restart your PC and see if that resolves it. Otherwise, you will need to get a hold of Support.
Kind regards,
Scott

Wich one of these is the "landscape" option ?
I'm seeing only Vertical and Horizontal

Horizontal for you must be my Landscape with my language version. It sounds like you need to get a hold of support. I'm sorry I couldn't resolve it for you.
You could try running a repair, and see if that helps.

It is possible that is like that because I've runned some times Tron ****** on my system ?
I appreciate the help you're giving to me !

You're welcome, Eno-Scott :)
I had not heard of Tron ****** before, but after reading about it on this thread, it may have had an influence on Windows and then maybe Bitdefender. See note #3 and following.
Personally, I would uninstall Tron, then uninstall Bitdefender and try a clean install from your Central account.
The BD Uninstall tool can be found here.
@Alexandru_BD with what we have covered and what we now know, do you have any suggestions?

Hi @Eno-Scott
I would recommend the uninstall and reinstall to see if it can be repaired this way. If not, the Support Teams will surely figure this out. @Scott you have covered pretty much all the relevant trubleshooting steps 👍️
