The Bitdefender VPN Doesn't Want To Connect At All, Either Error 182 Or No Error. Any Help?
Hello,
I was using the Bitdefender VPN normally until suddenly it stopped working.
I tried ALL the solutions over here, Fix Bitdefender VPN errors 2, 4, 9, 12, etc. on Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and upgraded the OS from Windows 10 to 11 with no luck.
I've been contacted by Technical Support Engineer but still the problem is not solved and didn't hear back from him since 4 days.
I don't know what I shall do.

Did you have any luck solving the issue?
I've had the same issue since the start of this year, and no matter what I do, it still doesn't connect.
No errors most of the time, or errors 181 or 182 every now and then.
Very disappointing. 😥

If the generated logs are larger in size, you can upload the logs to google drive or we.tl (7days link validity for free users) or ask the support team to provide you with the online link & password of bitdefender cloud where you can upload the logs and share the upload link with the support team.
The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

Just a thought but try rebooting your internet modem. I had a very difficult time with an error 2 code. I tried everything and nothing worked until I reset the modem. Right after that the VPN connected automatically.
