I keep getting the Communication failure error shown below. I have tried rebooting to no avail. Can anyone help?
Also, Bitdefender Central shows that my PC is not protected under my current subscription. Clicking Enable Protection does not work (2nd image below).

I've updated my subscription and Bitdefender Central shows the new expiry date (2025), but I still can't load the software and enable protection.
