I can't switch account...

when i click on switch Account nothing happen.

there no information on my account..

i faced this problem after restoring my windows to a previous backup version using Macrium Reflect.


i tried multiple times to uninstall Bitdefender and reinstall but when it finished it won't open only a grey icon of Bitdefender in the task bar asking me to sign in but when i click on that icon to open the program it won't open.
