Why are there ads popping up on my desktop?
Recently I've been getting a ad on my desktop for some crypto gambling company. It links to a file in "C:\ProgramData\Notification Center" called "service.notification.popup.exe". I've scanned that folder and my entire system with Bitdefender, but nothing comes up. I've tried to delete the folder, but it keeps saying it's in use by another program. The ad references an old program I used to have installed called "Noping". I'm guessing this all has something to do with that even though I unistalled that like a year ago and this problem only started happening in the last week. There's nothing that stands out as suspicious in my task bar or in my startup services. How do I get rid of it?
