Error 401: CWSRV0295E: Error reported: 401
Normalmente mi collego al mio conto corrente bancario (a mezzo EDGE) tramite Bitdefender Safepay; ultimamente non riesco ad effettuare alcuna stampa (es.ricevuta di bonifico) in quanto ottengo la risposta “Error 401: CWSRV0295E: Error reported: 401”. Ritengo sia un problema legato a Bitdbefender, in quanto se accedo direttamente, non passando da Safepay, ottengo regolarmente le stampe. Cosa posso fare per risolvere il problema ? L'accesso senza Sefepay (ma comunque con Bitedefender Internet Security installato) è comunque sicuro ? Grazie Paolo

Dal 12 Novembre data nella quale ho segnalato il problema di cui sopra, non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione.
C'è qualcuno che mi può aiutare ???
