Welcome to the Bitdefender Forums. Just to add to what @Flexx has stated, the Unified Wintun adapter is also used by Bitdefender VPN. Here are screenshots from my computer. The first is with Bitdefender VPN connected.
The next screenshot is with the Bitdefender VPN disconnected.
There is nothing to be concerned about if you are using Bitdefender VPN.

ever since unified wintun appeared i have not been able to access websites with bitdef. vpn connected. as soon as i disconnect vpn i'm able to connect. doesn't that defeat the purpose of having bitdef. vpn???. contacted them by phone, still no solution. their chat line doesn't connect when i clk on it not to mention how difficult it is to even find chat.

I'm having the opposite issue Unified Wintun is NOT installing on a particular PC. VPN works fine on all other devices except the Windows 10 Desktop. All updates have been applied. All troubleshooting documentation has been followed and yet I still have the same problem. And yes I have admin rights to the PC
