E-mails Coming In With Blank Subject and Blank From

Why isn't BD Antispam catching?

X-BitdefenderWKS-Spam: No - 0
X-BitdefenderWKS-Categories: marketing

Both subject and from are showing up in properties having a value of ?utf-32?b?

the body contents are a little jumbled.

Getting one or two a day.

How to move to spam? Something I need to do?

Please advise.

  • Went through the article, didn't seem helpful and maybe I'm misssing a lot and in over my head, but I think this seems different.

    Here's why I think so, please see below, Bitdefender appears to have reviewed and decided that it isn't spam but marketing. I maintain that this is possibly malformed, but since bith subject and from aren't populated I want it treated as spam, and perhaps need to specify via filter and don't know how.

    From email properties some extracted goodies:

    Subject: =?utf-32?b?

    From: =?utf-32?b?

    X-BitdefenderWKS-Spam: No - 0
    X-BitdefenderWKS-Categories: marketing

    Might you please review and advise?
