  • Hello @zakk2115 and welcome back to the community.

While I'm not familiar with this type of phone, I was able to find some insights online. Look for the Caller ID & Spam or Caller ID option in Settings. If there is a toggle for 'Show Caller ID', make sure it is turned ON.

Some carriers provide additional Caller ID settings, so if you don't see the option to enable/disable it in the menu, they might be controlled by your carrier. In such a case, you can contact your carrier's customer service to ensure Caller ID is re-enabled on your account.

I remember I messed with some settings once and entered a code using the keypad and suddenly all of my calls were no longer displaying the Caller ID, although the callers' numbers were saved in my agenda. I went to a carrier shop and they fixed this by entering another code. So this was not something that I could have done using the phone's setttings, I had to enter a specific code which canceled the previous command.

    Hello.

Motorola One Hyper uses Android 10, upgradable to Android 11.

I have Samsung Galaxy A34 5G with Android 14 and i tried the option to show / hide my caller ID.

Open the Phone (calls) app, click on the three dots in the right upper corner, and go to Settings → Supplementary services and under "Show your caller ID" select "Network default" (this is set as default setting) or "Always".

Maybe those steps will help you with the issue.

And here's a video of the steps:

    Regards.
