Windows 10 IoT Server
I have a server for my CCTV system that is running Windows 10 IoT and purchased a separate IOS subscription to make room to add it to my personal 5 devices but now I've found out that I need a business subscription for this. Has anyone used the enterprise protection on this type of server and does it work well? I need to be to access the server both locally and remotely using a mobile app and don't want to further complicate the firewall configuration but would love it to be protected. Does anyone have any insights on this?

No, I didn't receive any response and it seems most enterprise end point protection is for large corporations and very expensive as it is for many devices.

I cannot advice you on the Consumer Products but maybe @Alexandru_BD can help you with this.
For the Enterprise solutions, there is the Small Business Security license intended for small offices that you can take a look and see if it meets your needs.
You can do a trial first, which is free:
Regarding the operating systems supported, you can check the list from our documentation which also provide the minimum requirements needed for the security agent to run.

I think you can use a home solution for that setup, but you'll have to fiddle a bit with the Firewall settings in this case. This shouldn't be very difficult to do. Perhaps the first step would be to ensure that the 'Stealth mode' is disabled. This feature establishes whether you can be detected by other devices. Click the “Edit stealth settings” to choose when your device should or should not be visible on that network, so that it can communicate with the server you are using for that CCTV system. Then maybe set a rule for the Firewall. Here's some documentation that may help when configuring your firewall settings in Bitdefender:

This actually sounds wonderful as it can be adjusted for the number of devices so I could basically get enterprise level protection even if my other devices aren't enterprise? So regular Windows laptops and even android tablets and my phone? Could I "convert" my personal plan covering 5 devices to a small business plan that would include them and the server?

Yes you can have the enterprise level even if you are not an organization and the enterprise products are intended to protect servers and Linux OSes as well. However for mobile security (phone and tables) you will have to buy an add-on for this as it's not part of Small Business Security bundle.
