I had to rebuild one of my PC and for some reasons it doesn't show in the bitdefender central page under my box2. furthermore, I need to see the device to enable port forwarding.... same problem with the android app and the web site BTW.
My Bitdender Central app keeps showing my Box 2 offline continually on multiple devices. A reboot fixes it for about one hour or two, and then it shows as offline again.
