Bitdefender Central iOS app showing Box offline when it isn't

The Box2 seems to be working fine but the network Protection Dasboard above in the iOS app is continually saying that it's offline.

Tried rebooting. The app also appears to be connected to the box fine. I can dim and raise the light intensity
