After Temporary Internet Disruption Box Remains Swirling Red

I’ve powered down my cable modem, the box itself, connected nothing else to the cable modem, powered up the cable modem and when fully powered up, I power on the Box, with nothing connected to it. Every time it goes into the Red Swirl, indicative of an internet connectivity issue or a problem connecting to the cable modem itself, so I tried 2-3 cables I’ve known that do work just fine, and plugged in a laptop directly via Ethernet and that connection works fine, proving my internet connection is also fine. The problem must be the Bitdefender Box. What suggestions does anyone have regarding how to fix this?
