Hi tuplaq, welcome to BTDS forum. please chek if you have install other antivirus tools in you system which may be lead to conflict with BTDS . IF not try to use latest version of browser and check with another browser .

Hi adnan, Welcome to BTDS forum. you can install in w7 starter edition . if installation not running please check installer services are running and also do scan some other tools then install BTDS.

Hi Hakimoto, some times it happened due to database , so please update database as well as OS hotfix which may solve yours problem.

Hi shuvro, in regard to 2nd problem seems your data base having some problem or system already infected with some Trojan or malware,please scan that on safe mode or command line. in third issuse -update the hot fix through which you can overcome this problem

Hi alexband , its sounds well ,seems BTDS monitoring all the port and scanning both input as well as outgoing traffic . if we exclude from BTDS it should perform slow.

Hi Patro, can you please delete the license key or uninstall the application then restart pc and check if any folder still in there ,check also user profile folder which is more important ,if got any folder please delete those ,then install and try to activate .

hi pstein , could you please let us know the update path .if in update path mentioned you local server ip or host name and you are not connected to server then only this type of error message will appear. you can download update from internet and can install manually .

Hi crossworks, Please first check all the services are running and the running mode should automatically ,if its windows 7 please check status mode not in delay start . second thing you may have logged in some guest user id, third possibilities yours database not upto dated or corrupted.

Hi I am agree with cristi , instead of disabling the features we should upgrade the messenger. if we disable the features it may open some other back doors for virus and spam .
