The reason why it will uninstall in safe mode is that the software won't start automatically. The service needs to be stopped first before uninstalling. By the way, were you able to do this already?

I don't think it's being caused by the software itself. Can you please provide some screen shot?

With so many features on BD, I think it would hard to speed it up. Perhaps we will need a power CPU like i7. This is my opinion only.

Not sure but have you tried running this under Auto pilot mode?

Also, when you installed this, do you have another active security software running perhaps like Norton or AVG?

Just to double check, the files are saved under drive C. Shouldn't it be save somewhere under the BD folder?

Just out of curiousity, how big is the report file? Usually, email providers limit the size limit that you can attached on an email.

You can also check the logs and see the specfic reason why BD is blocking access to Windows live mail. It could be anything like the plugin that is using. It would show you the best way onhow to bypass it.

You can probably just whitelist that single IP. Settings - Firewall - Firewall settings.

When you want to uninstall this completely, try doing it under safe mode. Hopefully, this would make a difference.

Hi buddy, also check your spam/junk folder, sometimes, the emails are directed there for some reasons.

Looks like a conflict with Norton. You can probably use a cleaner program like Ccleaner or any of those registry cleaners out there and try installing it again.

Stealth mode is enabled by default in public since there are hackers out there when using a public wifi to scan the area and look for laptops that they can easily crack.

Antivirus Plus 2013 By the name itself, usually it will include something said like for a firewall.

Might be a problem with the version. First of, are you using Windows 7 32 or 64 bit? And what version of BD do you currently have installed?

For me, I think Sandbox is overated (don't rant on me please). I mean it should either be that you trust the program or not. No need to run it on a testing environment.

Updates are worldwide from what I know. What error message by the way do you get when trying to update?

Do you have other security softwares installed? Try uninstalling them first. Also, when you say nothing happens, do you mean that you don't get any error message at all?

I can't find any documentation regarding that error code. can you try doing the updating at safe Mode with Networking? Also, try to turn off Windows firewall while doing that.

To isolate the issue first, can you please also post your PC specs? And open task manager too and see the system resources.

Hi buddy, try checking "Expert Mode" . "Settings" and from the drop-down menu select "Expert Mode" to edit or view your current rules.

Sounds like a good work around. I think BD is just identifying COMODO as an antivirus too.
