system slow down
"I've noticed my Bitdefender antivirus has been slowing down my computer significantly during scans. Are there any settings or optimizations I can adjust to reduce the performance impact while still maintaining strong protection?"

Totally agree Sam. At least once a month, including today, Bitdefender appears to bring my Windows PC to a halt. Attached is a screen shot of the dozen+ BD processes running! I don't know what they are doing but they are sucking a huge amount of memory. I've been waiting over an hour for BD to finish whatever it's doing and return my PC to it's normal performance. Are there any suggestions / settings to avoid BD process overloading? My PC is an Intel i3-9100 @ 3.6 GHz, 8.0 GB Physical RAM, running Windows 10 Home.
