Email protection not updating change

I have 5 email addresses being protected. I deleted one to add a new address. The deletion was successful on Bitdefender Central. I then go to my Bitdefender Total Security Dashboard, click on Protection, and then Email Protection. The deleted email address is still there, preventing me from adding a new one. Is there something wrong with the software not updating? How long does it take to update? If there is a long delay, why isn't Bitdefender being transparent and including a message saying, "You've successfully deleted an address; please allow (insert amount of time here) for your change to show on your dashboard."

    Hello,

    The refresh time between the Central command to delete the address and Bitdefender UI update is maximum 25 minutes.

    Let us know if it's updated now.

  • I just saw your email and checked. It's updated. I don't know if it was updated within 25 minutes.

    It would be constructive if, after a change is made, a message would explain the 25-minute wait time.
