Direct contact email for Bitdefender the Company?

Hi all

As the title says, does anyone know an email for Bitdefender HQ?

I want to lodge a formal complaint but I am unable to find any details?

I do not want the Customer Service as it is that what I want to complain about.

I don't believe there is any other way to contact Bitdefender than through the support channel we're given:

Do you have a ticket number you could post here for @Alexandru_BD who works for Bitdefender, to take a look at as far as any thought or idea regarding it, like possibly escalating your issue to the next tier level of support?

Based on my findings, you still have an open case with the Technical Support teams and they will get back to you as soon as possible. May I ask what the complaint is about?
