Refund and cancel subscription

How do I track my ticket? I want a refund and to cancel my subscription because Bitdefender charged me for Bitdefender Antivirus Plus and Bitdefender VPN, which I was not aware of. I don't want to renew because this year I have to pay double the price of last year's subscription, so I am choosing other options.

My ticket number are 1009467064 and 1009467054.
